KITCHENS

The kitchen is usually the most expensive room in a home to update.  Kitchens, being a specialty at Southern Home Remodeling, we take special care to the design and detail in ever aspect of the room.  With 25 years of experience, we can offer many services and products that you will not find in a chain retailer.  Listed below is more information on products and services we offer for your kitchen project.

Factory Cabinets - The term "factory cabinets" is used for cabinets that are mass produced.  What that does for the consumer is allow you to choose between different grades of cabinetry - good, better, best.  There are many companies out there basically carrying the same cabinets in style and color with each having some specialty color or style to differentiate them for the other.

Custom Cabinets - "Custom Cabinets" is a term used for cabinets that are designed and constructed specifically for you.  The sky is the limit on what you can get from custom cabinets.  We also offer what we call "stick built" cabinetry.  Basically, these cabinets fall under the custom cabinet definition yet they are just a basic cabinet.  "Stick built" cabinets give us the capability to work around difficult situations that factory cabinets will not allow us to do.

Cabinet Re-facing - Our system for re-facing is different from the other quick-fix kitchen refacing systems.  We use only 1/4" real wood materials, no laminates.  If your boxes (cabinets) are in good condition we can give them the look of brand new cabinets in any color or wood type.  With new 1/4" wood facing, new doors and hardware, everyone will think you got a brand new kitchen and as far as we are concerned, you did.

Countertops - There are more countertops products out today than ever before.  Which product you choose can depend on haw much you use your kitchen as well as what type of product that is appealing to you.  We handle all types whether it's solid surface (Corian, Staron, ETC), natural stone, concrete or tile.  At Southern Home Remodeling, we can help you choose the right countertop product for you.

BATHROOMS

"The faucet is dripping", "the tile is cracked and my shower is leaking into the basement", these are common problems we hear about at Southern Home Remodeling.  We use our years of knowledge to build a bathroom that will last for years to come.  We use only quality bathroom fixtures as well as a limited guarantee on shower leakage.

FINISHED BASEMENTS

Theatre rooms, bonus rooms, home offices, if it has been done in an existing basement we have done it.  From fully digital audio surround theatre rooms to playrooms for the kids, Southern Home Remodeling is at your service.  We will provide you with the know-how and the information to turn that dark lifeless basement into something to talk about.

SUNROOMS, SCREEN ROOMS, CARPORTS, PATIO COVERS

We may not be the "CHAMPIONS" of this service and we don't charge like it.  Here at Southern Home Remodeling, we can provide you with the best quality sunrooms, screen rooms, carports and patio covers.  Our products are high-tech, low maintenance materials, patented insulated roof panels with a 10 year warranty.  These rooms are custom designed for your home yet highly affordable.
